Hustle Empire is a free, browser-based idle game. All in-game currency and assets are entirely virtual and have no real-world monetary value.

Game Data (Local): Your game progress — including in-game cash, businesses, investments, achievements, and settings — is primarily stored in your browser's localStorage on your own device.

Purchase Records: If you make an optional in-app purchase (e.g. cash packs or Legend Plus subscription), we store a verified purchase record on our servers. This record includes your anonymous local player ID, the Stripe session ID, and the type of purchase. No payment card details are ever stored by us — all payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

Leaderboard Data: If you submit to the leaderboard, your chosen username, avatar, net worth, level, and an anonymous player ID are stored on our servers to display rankings.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (e.g. page visits, feature interactions) to help improve the game. This data is not linked to any individual.

Any information we collect is used solely to:

• Provide and improve the game experience
• Authenticate users (if accounts are enabled)
• Analyze anonymous usage patterns to fix bugs and improve features

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Hustle Empire uses browser localStorage to save your game progress locally on your device. This is not a tracking cookie — it is purely functional storage that stays on your device. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings, though doing so will permanently erase your game progress.
