⚠️ All currency, assets, businesses, investments, stocks, and financial instruments within Hustle Empire are entirely virtual and fictional. They have absolutely no real-world monetary value.

Hustle Empire is a free-to-play idle simulation game. No real money is required to play, earned, transferred, or redeemable at any time. In-game dollars, coins, stocks, cryptocurrencies, and other assets cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services of any kind.

Hustle Empire does not constitute a financial product, investment platform, trading simulator linked to real markets, gambling service, or any regulated financial activity. Nothing in this game should be construed as financial or investment advice.

By accessing or playing Hustle Empire, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Hustle Empire. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

You agree to use Hustle Empire for lawful, personal entertainment purposes only. You must not:

• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the game
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the game
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
• Use the application in any way that violates applicable law

All content, design, code, and assets within Hustle Empire are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Your game progress is primarily stored locally on your device using browser localStorage. Clearing your browser data or cache may permanently delete your progress. We are not responsible for lost game data.

Leaderboard submissions and verified purchase records are stored on our servers linked to an anonymous local player ID.

Hustle Empire offers optional in-app purchases including one-time cash packs and a Legend Plus subscription. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. In-game items (virtual cash, Legend Plus benefits) are delivered digitally and have no real-world monetary value. By completing a purchase you confirm you understand you are buying virtual, non-transferable in-game benefits only.

Legend Plus is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time through your payment provider. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Hustle Empire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the game will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Hustle Empire, including loss of game progress.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
